Do you take international orders?

We are proud to supply lifetrients speak around the globe.  

What is the cost of shipping?

All international orders are charged for shipping. This includes Monthly Saver and Starter Kit orders. Note:  Free Shipping for Monthly Saver and Starter Kits only applies to U.S. domestic orders.

At checkout, you will have only two options for shipping cost:

  • International-Canada, for orders shipping to a Canadian address
  • International-Non-Canada – for all other international destinations.

Shipping cost will vary depending on the type of product selected (speak, speak Twist, speak Smooth and speak Pure Oil), as well as the quantity selected. For example, one box of speak shipping to an International-Canada address will cost $26.00; 6 bottles of Smooth to an International-Non-Canada address will cost $41.50.

NOTE: Depending on the country, your package may be subject to additional customs fees and import duties. These charges are your responsibility. Lifetrients has no control over these charges and is unable to determine what they might be.

How will my order be shipped and how long will it take for delivery?

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday or over a holiday will be shipped the following business day.

Canadian customer orders are shipped using FedEx Ground.

All non-Canada orders are shipped FedEx Priority.

Canada orders will typically deliver in 3-5 business days. Non-Canada orders will typically deliver in 5-7 business days. Please be aware, FedEx does not count Saturday and Sunday as business days for all FedEx Priority deliveries.

Please be aware that custom clearance procedures may extend these estimated delivery times. Also, please be aware that in some countries, FedEx will not deliver to a residential address. They will deliver to a FedEx pick-up location and call you when your order is available. It is extremely important that you include a local telephone number so that FedEx can contact you when your order is available for pick-up.

My order is not going through due to an AVS mismatch.  What does that mean?

An AVS mismatch occurs when the billing address entered doesn't match the billing address on file with the credit card.  Please make sure to copy your address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.  As this frequently occurs with international orders, we highly recommend using PayPal as international orders tend to go through much more easily.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal.  Simply choose "Checkout as guest" when you are directed to PayPal.
