Order, Return, and Shipping Questions

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order or taken advantage of our auto-ship program, you can pause or cancel your account at any time.  Simply call 800-471-0358 or email us at info@lifetrients.com, and provide us with your full name and the email address you used to open your account.  We will process your cancellation immediately and confirm it via email.

Please note that we process all cancellations submitted during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) within 48 hours. So if you have not received your email confirmation within that time, please call us back.

Can I return my order if I'm not happy?

If you are unhappy with your lifetrients product for any reason you may return your order for a refund within 30 days of when you received the product.  We do not refund shipping fees.  Unopened products in saleable condition will be refunded the full purchase price.  Opened products (including the Starter Kit) will be refunded 50% of the purchase price if returned within 30 days of when you received the product.

We want you to be happy, and we'll always try to accomodate most reasonable requests.

When can I expect my order and how will it be shipped?

We understand the importance of beginning and continuing your child's supplementation program, so we wanted to let you know when you can expect your order.

Our fulfillment center is located outside of Chicago. All orders received Monday-Friday with regular shipping will ship the next day.  Orders with next day or second day air shipping are shipped the same day if placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.  Orders placed after that time will ship the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday morning.

We ship all orders through USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times for standard shipping are typically in the range of 3-5 days, depending on where you live.  Of course, you can elect for Express Delivery and receive your order via 2nd day air.

You will be notified via email when your order has shipped, and a tracking number will be included in your email.  To track your package, simply go to www.USPS.com and enter the tracking number you've been provided.
