What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We will also accept money orders and personal checks and will ship your order once the check has cleared the bank.
My order is not going through due to an AVS mismatch. What does that mean?
An AVS mismatch occurs when the billing address entered doesn't match the billing address on file with the credit card. Please make sure to copy your address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If you are still having difficulties after checking your billing address, we recommend using PayPal.
I would like to use PayPal, but I don't have a PayPal account. Is it still possible to checkout with PayPal?
Absolutely. You have a few options when using PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to login during checkout. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can either set one up during the checkout process or choose to "Checkout as a PayPal guest", and you will not have to set up a PayPal account to do so.
If I place an order online, how will I get a receipt for my order?
When you place an order, an email confirmation and receipt will be sent to the email address on file. Also, an invoice will be included in your package.
