Focused on Children with Special Nutritional Needs

Two boxes of our proprietary speak formula. Formulated by a pediatrician with ultra-purified omega-3 to support the dietary needs of children with special nutritional requirements. Please note that the Starter Kits are one per family, new families only.
Developed by leading pediatric researchers and clinicians, the speak® formulation contains 7 nutrients in precise doses and ratios for children with special nutritional requirements. Speak is available in four different forms: capsule, twist off capsules, speak Smooth, and Pure Oil.
The speak® twist-off capsule formulation includes seven nutrients in precise servings and ratios for children with special nutritional needs. Each serving of speak® contains concentrated, ultra-purified omega-3 (725 mg EPA, 275 mg DHA) in addition to rich amounts of two forms of vitamin E. Omega-3 supports cognitive function and is paired with the antioxidant vitamin E. Optimal amounts of both d-alpha and gamma tocopherols function as key antioxidants and operate along omega-3 fats to support neurological health and provide essential nutrition. Due to the theoretical blood thinning effects of omega-3 and vitamin E, vitamin K (a normal and healthy blood clotting nutrient) is also included. This precise combination of purified ingredients is delivered in convenient 2-twist capsule servings.

Our principal supplier can certify when and where the fish is caught. The approved fishery has been certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council since 2005 (and recertified in 2010). The processing plant is built specifically for fish oil production, and it is thoroughly sanitized and fully automated with a computerized control center.
High-grade fish oil cannot be heated above 180 degrees C because trans fats and impurities begin to form and the omega-3 fats can be altered. High-grade fish oil should not be exposed to heat for more than a few seconds. To maintain exceptional product integrity, we use a very low pressure vacuum and temperatures below 100 degrees for less than one second.
Our fish oil is moleculary distilled and refined to a high concentration of EPA and DHA omega-3s, making our oil a potent source of 1000 mgs per serving of these healthy, essential fats required for human health. Finally, d-alpha and gamma tocopherol (vitamin E) antioxidants are added. Our fish oil is held in an oxygen-free environment during the entire process. Our fish oil is then packaged and sealed immediately, ensuring its freshness and potency. Our product is guaranteed to be top-quality, delivering all the benefits of omega-3 in an effective, convenient capsule, Pure Oil, or emulsion.
What is the recommended serving of the speak® supplement for my child?
If your child is already taking individual omega-3 and vitamin E supplements daily, you may begin with 1 capsule, 1.5 mL of Pure Oil, or 1/2 Tbsp of Smooth twice daily. After two weeks, you may increase intake to 1 capsule 3 times daily. And after another 2 weeks, you may increase intake to 2 capsules twice daily until reaching a possible dosage of 3 capsules (4.5 mL or 1.5 Tbsps) twice per day. If your child has never taken omega-3 or vitamin E in supplement form, start with 1 capsule (1.5 mL or 1/2 Tbsp of Smooth) of speak daily. After 2 weeks, you may increase the serving to 1 capsule twice daily until reaching a possible serving of 3 capsules twice daily over 12 weeks continuing at that dosage going forward. If you believe that your child will benefit from additional supplementation above 4 capsules, regardless of previous omega-3 supplementation, check with your healthcare practitioner (eg: Registered Dietitian, Certified Clinical Nutritionist, Naturopathic Doctor, Doctor of Osteopathy, Medical Doctor).†
When should I give the speak® supplement?
It is preferable to give the speak® supplement throughout the day during a child’s most active time – in the morning and afternoon. Start with the morning meal and whether you give 2 or 4 capsules daily (or more under a clinician’s care), divide the serving over the day. For example, 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 with an afternoon snack. If your child is in school, you can ask your school nurse to administer the supplements. Depending on your state, you may need a note from your child’s doctor. If you are not able to provide supplements throughout the day, administer the entire serving in the morning.†
Why is it recommended to give speak® for at least 4 months?
Different children respond at different times and with different servings. It's important to slowly titrate your child to the recommended serving. Experts believe that while blood plasma levels can increase within hours after consuming omega-3, changes in the red cell membranes and in the brain can take 3 to 4 months. Optimal benefits may best be realized with proper servings and adequate time.†
My child cannot swallow capsules. How can I provide the speak® supplement to my child?
Speak® Smooth is a delicious way to administer the speak® supplement. The flavor tastes like an orange push-up or dreamsicle, and the texture is that of a creamy smoothie. Our Pure Oil has a light lemon flavor and can be poured directly from the bottle and mixed into any non-heated foods or beverages. The speak® twist capsule is a great alternative for children who can't or won't swallow capsules. Simply twist or snip the end of the capsule and squirt the oil directly into your child's mouth or blend the contents with any non-heated food or beverage. The standard softgel capsule can be pierced as well. Because the taste is mild, your child may chew on the capsule(s) of speak® supplement to extract the nutrients and either swallow the empty capsule or spit it out. Alternately, you may pierce the contents of the capsule with a clean pin and squirt the oil onto a non-plastic spoon. Or you may blend the contents of the capsule in a small amount of a non-heated food such as nut butters, smoothies, applesauce, mashed banana or avocado, and yogurt. Be certain that your child consumes the entire amount of the blended food to get the full benefit of the capsule contents. Blending with food and serving on a spoon or in a small cup is easiest. And please only use non-plastic dishware as the oil may stain plastic.
Why do you need to take the speak® supplement with foods containing fat?
The fat-soluble contents – omega-3 and vitamins E and K – of the speak® supplement are better absorbed with foods containing fat. Suggestions include coconut milk, avocado, nut butters (almond, cashew), peanut butter, nuts, seeds, egg yolks, fish, poultry, beef, pork, and lamb. For those not on a casein restricted diet (a protein in dairy products that many children cannot tolerate), yogurt, whole milk, cheese, and pudding are also good fat-containing choices.†
How long will each bottle last?
Each bottle or capsule container is specifically designed for a 30-day period, based on label directions.
Are the expiration dates the same for each Speak product?
No, the expiration date indicates the last month that the product should be consumed to receive the full nutritional value of each ingredient declared on the label.
I've noticed that the speak® Pure Oil bottle doesn't seem quite full. Does it contain as many servings as the other speak® products?
Each of the speak® offerings (capsules, twists, Smooth, and Pure Oil) contain the same number of servings per bottle or box.
Speak® Pure Oil is purposely not filled to the top so that any oxygen in the bottle can be extracted during bottling to keep the oil as fresh as possible. Omega-3 in liquid oil forms are prone to oxidation when exposed to air. To make sure that the oil stays as fresh as the day it was bottled until opened, a small amount of room is left in the bottle to allow a nitrogen blanket to cover the oil and prevent oxidation.
How should I begin supplementing with lifetrients speak?
If your child is not currently taking omega-3 fish oil or vitamin E supplements: Start with 1 capsule of lifetrients speak daily. After 2 weeks increase the serving to 1 capsule twice daily continuing to increase in 2 week increments until reaching a possible dosage of 3 capsules twice per day continuing at that dosage going forward. If you believe that your child will benefit from additional supplementation beyond 4 capsules, check with your healthcare provider (e.g.: Medical Doctor, Registered Dietitian, Certified Clinical Nutritionist, Naturopathic Doctor, Doctor of Osteopathy).
Suggested serving plan for those not currently taking fish oil or vitamin E supplements:
If your child is already taking individual fish oil and vitamin E supplements: First determine the current serving amount of the omega-3 (EPA and DHA) and vitamin E (if any) that your child is receiving with the existing supplement* (usually listed clearly on the “Supplement Facts” panel. Be sure to determine the amount per serving or per capsule). This will provide you a baseline from which to start for an equivalent serving. Some families administer both “High EFA” and “High EPA” supplements. Shown below is a chart illustrating the amounts of each ingredient and how 2 capsules of speak provide the essential equivalent to three capsules of the other supplements plus additional nutrients in Lifetrients speak provide added benefits and nutrient balance, not found in other omega-3 supplements. *Feel free to contact lifetrients at 1-800-471-0358 if you have any questions.
Once you have determined the amount you are currently giving, select a comparable amount of speak and begin with that serving (be sure to discontinue the other omega 3 supplements). Many families begin with 2 capsules of speak daily. After two weeks, increase intake to 3 capsules daily. And after another 2 weeks, increase intake to 4 capsules daily up to a possible intake of 6 capsules daily. Most families report success with a transition period, that is, replacing omega-3 in the current supplement with speak over time.
What is the correct serving of speak for my child’s height, weight, and age?
Typically toddlers and smaller children receive a serving of 2 to 4 capules per day, while older and larger children receive a serving of 4 to 6 capsules per day, divided throughout the day. Every child is different, and the "best” amount may be determined by knowing and observing your child. If your child is not currently taking omega-3, begin supplementing with one capsule daily (with food or snack) and increase slowly. We suggest working with your healthcare practitioner if you choose to use increased amounts. A guideline is that if you don’t see additional benefit with additional capsules, then stay with the lower serving.
How often and at what times should speak be taken?
It is preferable to provide the speak supplement throughout the day during a child’s most active time – in the morning and afternoon. Start with the morning meal and divide the serving throughout the day. For example, 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 with an afternoon snack. If your child is in school, you may ask your school nurse to provide the supplements. Depending on your state, you may need a note from your child’s doctor. If you are not able to provide supplements throughout the day, give half the serving in the morning and the balance with dinner.
How should I give the speak supplement to my child?
For the capsules, some children find it easy to swallow the capsule. Others bite the capsule (and swallow the gelatin shell or spit it out), many parents open (pierce) the capsules and mix the oil with non-heated foods (e.g. pudding, smoothie); others serve it on a spoon (with or without juice or fruit sauce) or squirt it directly into the mouth and follow with food. This works for the twist capsules as well. Most children prefer to take Pure Oil and Smooth directly off a spoon. Remember, avoid mixing the product with hot foods.
When should I begin to notice beneficial changes in my child?
Every child is different and responses vary. Not all children experience benefits in the same ways or during the same time period. A number of factors may influence a child’s response, such as consistency and serving, co-existing conditions, previous supplementation, transition time, and adherence to special diets.
The time of year can impact response as well due to summer allergies, winter cold and flu season, etc. It is recommended to give speak on a daily basis (consistency is key) for a minimum of a 4 month period to determine if your child benefits from the nutrients in speak.
What ages are children who take speak?
Children aged 2 and above may benefit from the nutrients in speak. Many families with older children have reported positive experiences with speak. Follow the suggested use and increase over time.
My child seems more emotional, weepy, agitated. Is this normal?
Emotional outbursts and transient moods are common when children begin supplementing with omega-3 supplements. Each child is different. If your child has been ‘very compliant’, a change in this behavior may be considered normal. Parents have reported the “Tasmanian Devil” effect, where children become very active, oppositional but in time (2-3 weeks) rebalance.
What are some possible side-effects associated with omega-3 and vitamin E supplementation?
(The issues described are typically associated with omega-3 supplementation – not unique to speak.)
What are Omega-3 Fatty Acids?
Omega-3 fats are unique and essential dietary fats. They are not made in the body and must be consumed through diet and supplements. EPA and DHA are the omega-3 fats found in fish and fish oil and are considered the most functional omega-3 fats. While some consider omega-3 fats to be a vitamin because they are required in the diet, they are not formally recognized as vitamins. Instead, they are called essential dietary fats.
EPA and DHA work individually and together to support neurological function and improve cellular activity. Both EPA and DHA work in cell membranes. Healthy cellular metabolism is central (i.e. critical) for normal functioning of all biological (i.e. human) pathways. Specifically, EPA resides in cell membranes and supports healthy cellular metabolism. There is no dietary substitute for DHA. DHA is required for normal and healthy brain and nerve development and maintenance.†
What is vitamin E?
Vitamin E is a family of fat-soluble vitamins that work in the body primarily as antioxidants. They are considered valuable and important vitamins for this reason. The richest food sources of vitamin E are nuts and oils.
While 8 forms of vitamin E exist in various amounts in foods (4 forms of tocopherols and 4 forms of tocotrienols), nearly all of the research in humans has focused on the d-alpha tocopherol form. It exists in the body in the greatest amount. More recently, we have learned about the importance of gamma-tocopherol and the importance of balance between these 2 forms of vitamin E.†
About d-alpha tocopherol:
About gamma-tocopherol:
Why are both d-alpha and gamma-tocopherols in speak?
speak® has been carefully formulated to provide an optimal amount of both d-alpha and gamma tocopherols that are important for individuals with certain nutritional needs. Although the reasons are unclear today, emerging yet inconclusive research indicates that some individuals may have an increased need for both of these antioxidants. Further, d-alpha and gamma tocopherols may improve the actions of omega-3 fats and act as potent antioxidants. speak® contains the natural forms of d-alpha and gamma tocopherol.†
In summary: d-alpha and gamma work together as key antioxidants and along with omega-3 fats support neurological health and provide essential nutrition.†
What is vitamin K?
Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin with various functions in the body. In the past 10 years, we’ve learned that vitamin K has roles in maintaining heart and bone health, as well as being a critical component for normal and healthy blood clotting. There are 3 forms of vitamin K, but only K1 and K2 are consumed by humans as vitamins. They both have unique and important functions.†
Why is vitamin K in speak?
Vitamin K1 and vitamin K2 are included in speak® primarily to maintain nutrient balance. This is particularly important with long-term supplementation. It is important to support a proper balance between vitamins E and K. speak® contains the natural forms of vitamins K1 and K2.†
What is GLA?
GLA (gamma linolenic acid) is an omega-6 fatty acid derived from borage oil, and it works to support the EPA and DHA found in omega-3 fish oil. The original formulation of speak contains 60 mg/serving of GLA.†
I'm interested in new speak® + vitamin D. How does this differ from the original formulation?
Vitamin D, known as the sunshine vitamin due to the fact that our skin cells can use sunlight to synthesize vitamin D, is an essential vitamin that may be lacking in some individuals due to their diet or their inaccessibility to sunlight especially in Northern winter climates. Much research has been published on the benefits of vitamin D and child development. The speak®+d formulation in the twist capsules, Pure Oil, and Smooth supplies 800 IU of vitamin D per serving offering a greater number of nutrients in a concentrated serving. Parents who are watchful of their children maintaining optimal levels of vitamin D due to geographical, personal, or seasonal reasons enjoy the additional supplementation and convenience of speak+d. †
Some basics on the speak product:

What are the nutritional ingredients in the speak® supplement and why are they included?
Omega-3 fatty acids -- EPA (725 mg) and DHA (275 mg):
All fats are made of fatty acids, which are classified as either saturated, monounsaturated, or polyunsaturated. Omega-3 fatty acids are in the polyunsaturated family. Within the category of omega-3 fatty acids, two called EPA (eicosapentanoic) and DHA (docosahexanoic) are considered the most functional, working both individually and together.†
Vitamin E -- d-alpha(500 IU) and gamma (200 mg) tocopherols:
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that exists in nature in eight different forms, classified as tocopherols or tocotrienols. The primary function of vitamin E is to prevent oxidation of the fat-containing outer layer of cells. This is particularly important in cells with a high polyunsaturated content such as neurons, or nerve cells. Vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol increases the need for vitamin E as gamma-tocopherol and both work synergistically. These forms of vitamin E appear to enhance the health impact of omega-3 fats. For these reasons, the speak® supplement contains vitamin E.†
Vitamin K (1.15 mg):
Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin that occurs in nature as vitamin K1 and vitamin K2. The main role of vitamin K is to assist in blood clotting and bone mineralization. Because it is important to support a proper balance between vitamins E and K, the speak® supplement contains this nutrient.†
Vitamin D3 (800 IU in twists, Pure Oil, and Smooth):
Vitamin D is a widely studied nutrient with an excellent safety profile. Vitamin D is of particular importance to growing children for healthy bone and teeth development and immune system function. Recent research indicates that over 80% of children aged 4 to 11 years consumed less than the estimated average intake of vitamin D (Hyman). While the amount of vitamin D potentially obtained via sunlight is considerably more (by perhaps magnitudes) than that obtained from diet, certain children are very likely failing to obtain sufficient vitamin D even by sunlight due to geographical, seasonal, personal, or medical reasons.†
Why are you offering a new formulation containing vitamin D?
Our new generation formulation contains 800 IU vitamin D3 per serving replacing the 60 mg GLA found in the original formulation. There is an overabundance of literature regarding vitamin D3 and child development, and based on expert opinion and scientific data, the formulation was refined to replace the small amount of GLA (an omega-6) with an efficacious dose of vitamin D3. In addition, the amount of vitamin K was lowered to be more in line with current opinion regarding the role of vitamin K in combination with vitamin E and omega-3.†
Why not just take a high dose omega-3?
Because a high dose omega-3 does not contain the same ratio of EPA and DHA and the high amounts of omega-3 and vitamin E that can be important for optimal benefit in children with certain nutritional needs. A high dose omega-3 also contains varying amounts of vitamins A and D, and increasing servings of a high dose omega-3 to get more omega-3 can provide excessive amounts of vitamin A.†
What if I take a high dose omega-3 with speak®?
A high dose omega-3 has more DHA than EPA and is not very concentrated with omega-3. It has a great history of traditional use in the US and Europe. The antioxidant vitamin E in speak® supports the omega-3s and add additional benefit. So, by using them together you are not duplicating any vitamins, just adding omega-3.†
My daughter has a soy allergy. I know that most vitamin E is “derived from refined soybean oil.” Can this be a problem?
The majority of vitamin E available and used in supplements is derived from soy. Individuals with soy allergies and soy sensitivities are typically allergic to the proteins in the soy. The vitamin E used in speak® is so highly refined and purified that all the proteins are filtered out so only the vitamin E remains. In addition, our vitamin E is non-GMO. We have many children with soy allergies and soy sensitivities who benefit from the nutrients in speak®. Of course you should always check with your doctor first.†
Why is the Smooth product orange flavored and the Pure Oil lemon flavored?
Because that’s what small children told us they like the best! We did a survey and found orange to be the most acceptable flavor for the Smooth by most of the children. Lemon was chosen to be the favorite flavor for the Pure Oil.
I’ve just received a new box of speak® twists and noticed that they’re a different color (darker) than what was in my last box. Why has the color changed?
The 7 nutrients in speak® are sourced from ingredients found in nature which due to natural variations can have slight differences from lot to lot. Vitamin E in particular tends to have variations in color especially from vendor to vendor, and it’s likely that the vitamin E used in the current batch was a bit darker than previous batches. The materials used in speak® are of the highest quality, concentration, and purity and because of this, even slight shade differences in a single ingredient will have an effect on the overall color of the capsule. Every batch of our speak® product is third party tested for purity and freshness and meets or exceeds all US and EU standards ensuring the purest grade oils.†
Is there any sugar in speak Smooth, and if not, what is used as a sweetener?
Speak Smooth does not contain sugar and is sweetened with xylitol which is a natural, non-sugar sweetener.
What does speak Smooth taste like?
Delicious. Seriously. Children (and parents alike) have said it tastes like an orange push-up or dreamsicle. There is no fish taste or odor.
I noticed that the bottle says to refrigerate after opening. Should speak Smooth be shipped refrigerated?
Omega-3 can break down at very high heat (over 300 degrees F) or by being exposed to high heat over a long period of time. Variable temperature changes during shipping typically do not affect the integrity of the oil. Once the bottle is opened however, it should be refrigerated.
Where does the orange flavoring and color come from in speak Smooth?
The natural orange flavor comes from natural orange oil which is found in the rind of oranges. Beta carotene which provides the orange color to many fruits and vegetables, gives speak smooth its orange color.
Are the ingredients in the speak® supplement safe?
Each of the nutrients are common vitamins that have been studied for years, some more than others. All of the nutrients have excellent safety profiles. Fish oil, as long as it is properly manufactured and handled, is very safe. Vitamin E has been on the market and consumed by millions of people for many years. Vitamin K is in nearly every multiple vitamin available. Of course, it's always best to check with your doctor before starting any new supplementation program.†
How long will it take to notice benefits with the speak® supplement?
Factors that can influence response to omega-3 fatty acid supplementation include previous fish oil use, other nutrient supplementation, medication, gastrointestinal health, dietary intake, and more. Every child is different, however, and no one can predict how each child will respond.†
Speak is just one of many components of our protocol. Our budget is pretty tight, so is it ok if I give my child the lowest dosage to save money?
Most children can benefit from the nutrients in speak even in very low dosages. However, children with special nutritional requirements may necessitate increased amounts and may realize benefits at those increased amounts. The general rule of thumb is to slowly increase dosage within the age range until no additional benefits are noted. At that point, revert to to the prior dose.
We do realize how challenging it can be to fit the cost of supplementation into a family's budget, and our Financial Assistance program works with families so that no child goes without. Learn more about the program here.
What does the speak® supplement taste and smell like?
The taste and smell of the speak® supplement is a result of using natural ingredients. Most fish oil supplements tend to have a slight, well, fish smell and taste. The fish oil used in speak is highly purified, fresh, and of the highest quality all of which practically eliminate any fish flavor or smell. In fact, we've had several reports that our oil has no fish smell or flavor (we agree). The perception of both the taste and smell is different among individuals. To some, the flavor and scent are imperceptible; while others are more sensitive. For a more sensitive child, use the masking techniques described in “My child cannot swallow capsules. How can I provide the speak supplement?” Or immediately following the serving, provide a bitter or sour food such as a dark chocolate chip. Many of our more sensitive kids have found speak Smooth to be the most palatable option.
Are there any contraindications for the speak® supplement?
Some of the literature indicates that fish oil, including the speak® supplement, can act as a natural blood thinner. This may be a consideration if your child is taking other supplements (eg: ginger, garlic, curcumin) or medications (eg: aspirin, ibuprofen) that have similar effects on what researchers refer to as platelet aggregation. Surgeons generally recommend discontinuing use of any product that thins blood at least 2 weeks prior to surgery. Check with your healthcare professional.†
I avoid gluten and casein in my diet, do I need to worry about those ingredients in speak®?
No. All of the ingredients used in speak® are free of gluten and casein.
What is gluten and casein? I’ve never heard these words before.
You are not alone. Gluten is a type of protein that exists in wheat, oats, rye and barley. Casein is a protein that exists in dairy foods, such as cow’s milk and cheese. Some people are allergic or sensitive to these foods. It is becoming easier to find foods that are free of gluten and casein. Read labels and consult with a dietitian.
My child is sensitive to certain foods. Are there allergens in speak®?
The speak® formula does not contain milk, egg, tree nuts, corn, wheat, peanuts, yeast, gluten, casein, sugar, starch or artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.
What are the possible side effects of the speak® supplement?
The primary possible side effect of the speak supplement® is loose stools. Be certain to follow recommendations and increase servings gradually. Loose stools are typically not permanent, dissipating over time.
Because omega-3 fatty acids reduce platelet aggregation, acting as a blood thinner, fish oils may increase bleeding time. Erring on the side of caution, omega-3 fatty acid supplementation is often contraindicated for individuals who are taking blood thinners such as Warfarin and Coumadin®. Doctors recommend that patients discontinue use of fish oil supplements two weeks prior to surgery.† The speak® omega-3/vitamin E supplement has been formulated with the inclusion of vitamin K for nutrient balance. Oxidation of omega-3 fatty acids typically occurs in liquid forms that are not refrigerated after opening or with capsules that are exposed to high heat. The speak® supplement contain vitamin E to protect against oxidation of omega-3. Exposure to environmental toxins in fish, such as mercury, are a concern only in omega-3 fatty acids that are not purified. The speak® supplement is manufactured under stringent regulations.
Nutrition researchers and clinicians consider the natural forms of vitamin E, which are contained in the speak® supplement, to be safe vitamins. Like omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E acts as a blood thinner; so exercise caution as indicated above.
The form of vitamin K, also known as phylloquinone, in the lifetrients speak® supplement does not result in toxicity. The synthetic form, called menadione, however, can potentially increase oxidative stress and should be avoided. High amounts of vitamins A and E antagonize vitamin K. For this reason lifetrients speak® supplement has been formulated with balanced amounts of vitamins E and K.†
2 capsules, 3 mL of oil, or 1 Tbsp of speak® Smooth, providing 7 concentrated and purified nutrients, for ease and convenience.
Based on results from tasting panels, orange was selected for the speak® Smooth and twists, and lemon was selected for the Pure Oil. The capsules are unflavored.
speak® contains increased amounts of vitamin E to provide important antioxidant support and protection for growing nerve and brain cells. Among other things, the vitamin E may enable the essential omega-3 and 6 fats to work better by protecting against oxidation. Almost all fish oil products contain a small amount of vitamin E as a natural preservative which provides virtually no physiological benefits. The higher amount of vitamin E found in speak® addresses the nutritional needs of certain individuals and is an important component of the unique speak® formulation.†
We use the highest quality ingredients to keep speak® pure and hypo-allergenic and speak® costs significantly less than purchasing the ingredients individually.
We avoided over-flavoring speak® so that it can be easily blended into foods, such as yogurts, pudding, etc. We wanted enough flavor to give a pleasant but mild taste.
Parents began supplementing their children with purified essential omega-3 fatty acids. These parents were able to exchange information via the internet, support each other, and share their successes. Their tenacious spirits and positive experiences illuminated useful information that contributed to further research.
Knowing the benefits of omega-3 fats, a noted pediatrician directed her investigative skills to go further. As a result of her work and discoveries, she developed the precise formula that led to the proprietary formulation, now available as speak®.
Description
