Joanna immigrated to the US from Poland nearly 30 years ago. She attended the University of Krakow where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. She plays an essential role in development, manufacturing and testing of all products. She sets the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance. She supervises inspectors, technicians, and provides training and guidance to staff members. She oversees product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards. She has a vast knowledge in nutrition and supplements as a result of several years of work in the field.
